You can book up to four weeks prior to the event and sales close 12hrs prior to kick-off. You can book up to 4 at a time.
This is a free service for any fan who holds a valid ticket for the specific event. You will be required to show your shuttle bus booking ticket on your phone or printed out on paper.

Shuttle buses start leaving from three hours prior to Kick-Off. You are advised to catch a bus at least 50 minutes prior to kick off from Wood Green and Alexandra Palace stations, to ensure that you have plenty of time for travel, ticket and security checks, and getting to your seat.
The shuttle service will run frequently as a load and go operation.
Post-match the bus will leave from outside Haringey Sixth Form College on White Hart Lane and will continue to run for two hours after the final whistle.
- At Alexandra Palace Station look out for the signage directing you to the station exit on Station Road. Marshals in high-vis will be present to direct you straight to the bus loading point.
- At Wood Green Station look out for the signage directing you to the station exit turning right up the Wood Green High Road. Marshals in high-vis will be present to direct you straight to the bus loading point.
- Leaving the stadium: Services will depart from outside the Haringey Sixth Form College on White Hart Lane. All buses will stop at Alexandra Palace and Wood Green. You will be directed to the queue for the shuttle buses by marshals in high-vis.

It is not possible to update or change your shuttle bus booking.

There is no need to cancel your booking if you no longer want to use the shuttle bus.

If you have any issues with your ticket on the day of travel, any member of staff wearing 'First' hi-viz clothing will be able to assist. Please reference your order number which is included in your email confirmation.
